An important Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony was held between the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (UVAS) Swat and the Alkhidmat Foundation North to promote mutual cooperation in the educational and social sectors.
The ceremony was held in the University Committee Room on the special directions of the Worthy Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Shakeeb Ullah. The University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences Swat was represented by Additional Registrar Dr. Khalid Khan, Director and Deputy Director ORIC, Director Academics, Public Relations Officer, and other administrative officers. Representing Alkhidmat Foundation North were General Secretary Dr. Khalid Farooq, Director HR Attaullah, and Program In-Charge Farhatullah.
The ceremony formally commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran. Afterwards, Public Relations Officer Ikramullah welcomed all distinguished guests and presented an overview of the key objectives of the MoU and the proposed areas of mutual cooperation.
On the occasion, Additional Registrar Dr. Khalid Khan thanked the distinguished guests and stated that, under the dynamic leadership of the Vice Chancellor, the University is committed to collaborating with relevant stakeholders and organizations for the welfare of students, academic development of faculty, and broader social improvement.
General Secretary of Alkhidmat Foundation Dr. Khalid Farooq gave a detailed introduction to the Foundation’s ongoing welfare and educational initiatives. He stated that Alkhidmat Foundation is continuously working with educational institutions across the country to contribute to social and educational development.
Following the introductory remarks and confirmation of the key points, representatives of both institutions—Additional Registrar Dr. Khalid Khan on behalf of UVAS Swat and General Secretary Dr. Khalid Farooq on behalf of Alkhidmat Foundation North—formally signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
