In line with the keen interest and vision of the Vice Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Shakeeb Ullah, the University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Swat (UVAS Swat) has finalized its collaboration with Khyber Medical University (KMU) on January 15, 2026, for the implementation of the E-Office portal. This initiative marks a significant milestone in the University’s journey toward institutional digitalization.
The collaboration was formally endorsed by Dr. Khalid Khan, (Additional Registrar), in the presence of Engr. Maaz Ali Mumtaz, (Assistant Director IT), Mr. Hassan Khan, and Dr. Shahzad Khan, (Deputy Director IT), Khyber Medical University, Peshawar.
With the launch of the E-Office system, UVAS Swat aims to streamline administrative workflows, improve efficiency, and strengthen transparency and accountability in official processes. The system will also ensure secure and systematic record management, reduce reliance on paper-based documentation. Overall, the E-Office system represents a major step toward Modern, Efficient, and Sustainable University Administration.
